Is there a free trial?
The Limited plan is free forever for single artists on weekend or small tours. Use it to try GigSheets before upgrading. No credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel, downgrade, or pause between tours whenever you want.
Do crew members need to pay?
No. Crew members use the free mobile app. Only tour managers need a paid subscription to create and manage tours.
Features
Can I edit tours on my phone?
Yes. GigSheets offers full mobile editing. Update schedules, add activities, manage guest lists, send reminders - all from your phone. This is a key difference from Master Tour, where mobile is view-only.
Does GigSheets have guest list management?
Yes. GigSheets includes:
- Guest submission forms for artists and crew
- Approval workflow for tour managers
- Pass type assignment (All Access, Backstage, Guest, etc.)
- Export for venues
- Quickly close or hide guestlists for days without them
No spreadsheets or email chains required.
Does GigSheets work offline?
GigSheets caches tour data for offline viewing, but not editing. This is important for venues with poor connectivity or international travel.
Can I send reminders to my crew?
Yes. Set reminders for lobby calls, bus departures, or any important time. Crew members receive push notifications on their phones.
Does GigSheets support multiple artists on one tour?

Getting Started
How do I create my first tour?
- Sign up at gigsheets.app
- Click “New Tour” from the dashboard
- Enter your tour name and dates
- Add your show days, travel days, and days off
- Invite your crew via email or share link
How do I invite crew members?
From your tour, click “Invite” and either:
- Enter email addresses to send invitations
- Copy a share link to send via text or WhatsApp
Crew members download the mobile app and create a free account to access the tour.
Security & Privacy
Is my tour data secure?
Yes. GigSheets uses secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted data transmission. Your tour information is only accessible to people you invite.
Is GigSheets GDPR compliant?
Yes. GigSheets is GDPR compliant and allows users to request data deletion.
Can I delete my account?
