Tour defaults vs. sheet settings

Guestlist settings live in two places:

• Tour defaults — set once on the tour, in Tour settings → Guestlist settings. Every new sheet on the tour is created with these values.
• Sheet settings — the guestlist on a single show day. Editing a sheet only changes that show.

Changing the tour defaults does not rewrite sheets that already exist, which is why it is worth getting them right when the tour is created.

The settings

Capacity

The total number of people the guestlist can hold, counting +1s. A capacity of 40 with +1s allowed means 20 guests who each bring one person fill the list.

Set this to what the venue actually holds for you. Once the list is full, no further names can be added.

Require email

When on, every guest needs an email address. Use it when the venue or promoter needs a named list up front, or when you want to reach guests before doors.

Allow +1

Lets the person on the list bring guests of their own.

Maximum guests per person

Only applies when +1s are allowed. The cap on how many people one name can bring. Every +1 counts against the tour capacity.

Closed guestlists

A closed guestlist is read-only — settings can be viewed but not changed. Open the guestlist again from the sheet to edit it.

Plan limits

Capacity is available on every plan. Require email, +1s, and the per-person cap need a Standard or Pro plan.
